The Invitation

All my life, I’ve been what some might label “extra.” And while I’m fully aware of that, I’ve never seen it as a flaw. I’m particular about what excites me—and I don’t apologize for it. I feel things deeply, though often in a quiet, internal way.

I am not a trained designer but I absolutely love interior spaces, and throughout my life, have had the honor of living and designing many magnificent homes. I especially adore those spaces that have weathered many storms and are still standing, full of strength and soul. The older, the better. Rooms with creaky floors, chipped paint, and built-in niches with bubble-glass doors. Spaces that hold stories. The kind where history seeps from the walls and memories linger in the light. It’s the kind of beauty that makes my heart swell.

The other kind of beauty that moves me is nature. Constantly evolving, endlessly generous. Each season offers a new rhythm, a different kind of grace, that is if we’re paying attention. Nature inspires me to bring life into a space. To let rooms breathe and bloom.

So I invite you to join me on this creative journey—The Gathered Life.

There is a quiet art to gathering a life well-lived. It’s found in the gentle rhythm of ordinary days: the morning sun stretching across the kitchen table… a handwritten note tucked in a drawer… the slow meals shared with family and friends, unhurried and present.

The Gathered Life is not about perfection or performance. It’s about living with intention. Noticing with care. Holding space for the moments that speak to your soul.

This is your invitation to live fully rooted in beauty, in memory, and in presence.
